You can register to the conference by filling the registration form on SCIENCESCONF platform. Do not forget to indicate your choices for the gala dinner, the field trip and eventually for the pre-conference courses
After registering, you can proceed with payment by PayPal platform: please select your options and press the related buttons “ADD TO CART”. Your cart will appear with a summary of your previewed payments. Click on the PayPal button and fill the required information. You can pay by credit or debit card (or your PayPal account).

The payment receipts will be delivered to the partecipants at the conference
Cancellation policy
For refunds requested by 10 April 2024, 75% of the fee paid will be credited.
For refunds requested by 10 May 2024, 50% of the paid fee will be credited.
Registrations are not transferrable
Registrations are linked to tax documents and credit card transactions and cannot be transferred to another person.
Privacy policy
The attendee may visit the Eurokarst 2024 website without providing any personal data. Personal data is only collected when the attendee provides it (eg paying the fee for the conference). Furthermore, no personal data is collected.
User data collected by the organizer during the fee payment will be stored, modified and transmitted only for the fulfillment of the events purposes. This is necessary for the performance of the contract (eg invoice issues, organization of the event).
By accepting these general terms and conditions the attendee states: I allow my personal attendee information to be stored in machine-readable way by the organizer. I allow my personal attendee information to be publicly accessible and displayed on list of participants attending for the event to everyone. I can hide this information after ordering or revoke this approval at any time by writing an email to the organizer.
