General Cancellation Terms and Conditions for the short courses and field trips
In the event of cancellation, a part of the registration fee will be reimbursed:
- Registrations canceled by July 15, 2026 will receive a 80% refund of the registration fee
- Registrations canceled between July 15, 2026 and August 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee
- Registrations canceled after August 15 will not be refunded
