Oral presentations
They have 20-minute time slots. The presentations should be at maximum 15 minutes long to permit discussion with the audience. We will be enforcing this time limit, so please be prepared.
As an oral presenter, you will be required to pre-load your talk ahead of your scheduled session. We will provide more information on how to proceed later.
Posters
They will be on display for the complete duration of the conference. Dedicated poster sessions are organized on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. But it will also be possible to discuss around the posters during the lunch and cofee breaks.
In addition, all posters will be presented orally (1-minute talk with one single slide) during poster blitz sessions before the two main poster sessions.
All posters will have an A0 space oriented vertically.
